1. Who gave the order to ensure that all immigration records of the late Altantuya’s entry and egress records were wiped out from the system?
2. Who gave the green light for the controlled explosive C4 to leave the guarded and vaulted premise?
3. Who authorized the use of military grade C4 to be used on the shot and dead lone woman?
4. Why did the current PM send text messages to his business buddy Baginda Razak of his assurance to assist and what assistance did he give?
5. Who ordered the now accused two policemen who are trained specialists to dispose of the Mongolian lady in such manner?
6. Why is motive not an essential consideration in the deliverance of justice in the Court of Malaysia in so far as Altantuya’s case goes?
7. What was the sitz-im-laben consideration that warranted a complete annihilation of a single lone business woman?
8. And why is the case still not resolved despite all these years?
Unending speculation
For as long as the mysteries surrounding the brutal and grotesque bombing of a lone, fragile lady – Mongolian beauty, mother, daughter and professional Altantuya, remain wrapped in absolute silence, this nation’s reputation and the perception thereof tethers dangerously on the edge.
Looking at the unending allegations after allegations by political foes and business communities, and the surmounting legal and counter suits in court, one is inclined to be not surprised why even the Altantuya’s case remains unresolved.
Let us come to terms with a fact: For as long as the murder of Altantuya remains a mystery, the credibility of BN will suffer and its promotion of the 55 years Independence Anniversary celebration slogan “Janji Detepati” remain hollow.
For as long as the rakyat and the world’s legal fraternity remain suspect of the case and judicial conclusions, the nation’s reputation is forever damaged.
For as long as the questions surrounding the late Altantuya’s fate remain unanswered in a honest, believable and no-holds-barred manner, all those who have their hands stained with this murder, directly and indirectly, have committed treason of the highest order against this nation, its monarchy and citizens.
For as long as we think and appear indifferent to the seriousness of the Altantuya’s case, we have got our priorities all muddled up.
For this is no ordinary murder by a lone criminal on the loose. For this is no isolated crime of passion. This is on the contrary all about nationhood; it is all about our nation’s integrity and accountability; it is all about transparency.
Hence, for as long as the case remains hidden in the dark cupboard of cobwebs, the government under the BN must take the blame for its failing.
Mr. Honorable Prime Minister, if only you can come clean on this episode and put the records all straight, without fear and favor and beyond any further doubts, you would have achieved the BN’s Merdeka slogan of “Janji Detepati”.
Can we see to it before we enter our 13th General Election? Or is it of no national interest and consequences?

Najib has lost all the credibility and trust of Malaysians voters. Nobody listens to him anymore and so is that porn star who is the president of MCA. We wish them both lustful retirement so that they can spend time with their blowjob lady friends.

Najib Swears In Guar Perahu Mosque He Did Not Know Or Had Connection With Altantuya
Bernama, 23 Aug 2008
BUKIT MERTAJAM, Aug 23 (Bernama) — Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak on Friday night swore in Masjid Jamek Guar Perahu near here that he did not know or had any connection with Mongolian woman Altantuya Shaariibuu who was murdered in 2006 in Puncak Alam, Selangor.
Najib said he was making the swearing although it was not an offical swearing made on the Quran.
“Wallahi, Wabillahi, Watallahi (With Allah as my witness) I swear I do not know or have any connection with the Mongolian woman,” he said at the end of his speech at a ceremony to give aid of RM1.4 million at the mosque.
The aid is to repair, renovate and buy new equipment for eight mosques and 20 surau in the state constituency of Penanti.
“I do not know if others want to swear or not but I know I did no wrong. This is between me and God,” he said.
Najib also made the same swearing by repeating the same words when he visited the Barisan Nasional (BN) operations room in Guar Perahu.
Meawnhile, Mongolia’s honorary consul in Malaysia, Datuk Syed Abdul Rahman Al-Habshi who was also present, said: “Datuk Seri Najib’s swearing is true and it is accepted that he has no connection with Altantuya.”
Syed Abdul Rahman said when the murder happened he was the first Malaysian who knew of it and he was also the first to go to Mongolia to go over Altantuya’s documents.
“Not one document, photograph or video involved Najib,” he said.
Syed Abdul Rahman said Parti Keadilan Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) advisor Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, Malaysia Today webmaster Raja Petra Kamaruddin and private investigator P Balasubramaniam had created a big lie.
“I regret they feel they know more about the case. Anwar lied that he met Altantuya’s father in Mongolia. At that time I knew Anwar was coming and took her father (Dr Shaariibuu Setev) to Russia,” he said.
“No one knows more than me and Anwar had lied with several accusations against Najib,” Syed Abdul Rahman said.
He said the reason he was present at the function was to clarify the confusion as Anwar’s actions could affect the good relations between Malaysia and Mongolia and that he had been directed by Mongolia’s Prime Minister Sanjaa Bayar to assist.
Syed Abdul Rahman said after he was appointed by the Mongolian prime minister to investigate the murder of Altantuya, he discovered that Najib had nothing to do with the case.
He said he felt responsible to clarify the matter as if he kept quiet “the people will be more confused as more lies will be made and I feel ashamed that a national leader’s name who has no connection with the case has been tarnished by Anwar and Raja Petra.”
“It is very shameful when our national leader’s name is tarnished abroad as being involved in the case and that is why I have to clarify to the public about the lies that have been made,” he said.
Anwar at each rally in campaigning for the Permatang Pauh by-election has been alleging Najib had links to Altantuya.
On July 3, at a news conference in Petaling Jaya chaired by Anwar, Balasubramaniam produced a statutory declaration that alleged Najib had sexual relations with Altantuya but the next day retracted it and subsequently went missing together with his family.
Raja Petra posted articles on his website alleging Najib was connected to her murder and he (Raja Petra) has since been charged in court for it.
The Altantuya murder hearing is ongoing at the Shah Alam High Court.
Najib also said Anwar’s pledge to reduce fuel prices if he became prime minister was mere empty talk.
“That is the way he conducts politics… making all kinds of claims. But today the BN government delivered on this,” he said.
Effective Saturday, the price of petrol (RON97) will be reduced by 15 sen to RM2.55 a litre from RM2.70, RON92 by 22 sen to RM2.40 a litre from RM2.62 and diesel by eight sen a litre to RM2.50 from RM2.58. – BERNAMA

The answer is so obvious but no one dare raise a voice. Unless and until BN is kicked out, the answer will officially remain a secret. The reasons are there for all to see. All evidences leading to the truth have been suppressed by those who are in power to protect the real culprits behind the murder. But worry not because truth will prevail. Like they say, justice works in a strange way. Eventually the power that be will lose their hold and then all hell will break lose. The two guys who were found guilty will not keep quiet when they think their own lives are in jeopardy. They will tell all when the judiciary is restored to run independently.

The two scapegoats policemen are in no ordinary prison for sure. They might not even in prison at all during the entire duration while awaiting their appeals. That is janji UMNO! We must expose the real culprits and let the Islamic world see who are these Muslims who had tarnished the good name of Islam.

No matter how much Najib wants to avoid this scandal, the truth will eventually come out, be it Malaysia or France. If GE13 means a change of entitiy, then PK will like open this can of worms locally. Otherwise the French authority will get to the bottom of all this scandal and expose all the crooks involved.
