The registration of Hindraf could not have been done without the approval of the Home Ministry and PM Najib’s blessings.
Went on fast but kept ROS approval secret
What is shocking is that Waythamoorthy and his associates deliberately concealed the fact of registration from the Malaysian public and particularly the Indian community.
This was clearly intended to keep the negotiations between Hindraf and BN secret from the public and the Indian community. We view this as a blatant attempt to mislead the public and in particular the Indian community.
Further it is highly suspicious that the registration was approved on 8th March 2013, which was just 2 days before Waythamoorthy began a so-called hunger strike. During the hunger strike he carried out a campaign of attacks against the opposition which benefited BN. It is clear that the hunger strike was intended to justify Waythamoorthy’s meeting with Najib to the Indian community.
Secret deal in London
This is proven by the fact that just two weeks into the so-called hunger strike, Waythamoorthy rushed to Putrajaya to meet PM Najib.
Prior to that UMNO BN had suddenly allowed Waythamoorthy to return to Malaysia. Soon after that on January 26, 2013 the UMNO-BN regime lifted the ban on Hindraf.
Was a secret deal concluded between UMNO-BN and Waythamoorthy in London?
The above shows evidence of collaboration and a clandestine arrangement between Waythamoorthy’s Hindraf and UMNO BN. It should be noted that this is against the founding principle of Hindraf to remove the UMNO-BN regime from power.
Such a collaboration by Waythamoorthy with UMNO-BN will be a betrayal of Hindraf’s grassroots and supporters throughout the country.
Don’t lie, explain to the Hindraf grassroots
We now call upon Waythamoorthy and his Hindraf faction to explain to the public why they had concealed the registration of Hindraf and the real reasons for UMNO-BN’s sudden registration of Hindraf.
Waythamoorthy must also reveal to the Indian community all secret deals and negotiations with UMNO BN. The public has a right to know and Waythamoorthy must respond immediately.

The Hindraf’s blue print for the marginalised and neglected Indians was a wicked plan to pawn the Indians by Waytha to strike a deal with Najib to enrich Waytha himself.

I am not an Indian so I will leave it to their community to judge and make their own decision whether to trust Hindraf or otherwise. It will be sad that many Indians still don’t see the failure in current regime to take care of the community’s well being, they have been neglected for more than 5 decades and you still believe they will do something good for you???? Just recently our caretaker pm announced several millions allocation for the Sikh community, why was this not done all along, why only now??? Why such and such allocation to the Indians only now ? why not several decades before??? Majority of the Chinese community were also neglected except those that can be used as their tools, we Chinese have our ways to slog out of poverty and dependence on the regime to give us food, wealth and care. It is because without their handouts that we worked harder to achieve what we need and want to achieve, we don’t depend on handouts unlike the cronies and the lazy dependents who do not want to work their way out of poverty.

When will all the announced allocations for religious, education and schools building fund be disbursed? Before or after election? So far only wastage of public fund to symbolise the handing over of mock cheques which may or may not materialise.

Hindraf is going to be like SNAP. They want to play to both sides for maximum benefit. In the end they end up like an old spinster, no one wants them.

God is great, even the Hindu Gods forbids Waytha from deceiving his own Community and the poor and marginalised Indians. Waytha will be rich and be given a chance to work with Najib’s administration if his secret pact with Najib managed to fool the Indians and Pakatan Rakyat. The Indians shoul now demand for his head now that the unholy pact backed up by a make belief hunger strike has been exposed.

Waytha should continue his hunger strike to repent and redeem his sins for taking the poor Indian community for a ride. He should apologise to his followers for keeping secret the registration of Hindraf and for prostituting himself to Najib. We knew something was fishy from day one before he presented his organisation blueprint for both BN and PR to accommodate.

Has it occured to all Malaysians and especially the Indian community that Waytha was suddenly not a national threat when he returned home unquestioned? What little shred of credibility does Wathy has now when it was exposed that he had secretly received the blessings of the power that be to register Hindraf. What right has he to tell the Indians now to abstain from voting when he has betrayed by striking a secret deal with Najib and still seek public sympathy.
ROS, like the EC and MACC has always being an agent of Umno. Hindraf would never get registered at all if Waytha did not betrayed his followers by working in cohort with Najib. The Hindraf blueprint was deliberately racist in nature and was meant to trap Pakatan. Waytha could also been rewarded handsomely for acting out his hunger strike. It was a bolehwood Indian movie. The Indian community especially the neglected and forgotten ordinary working class Indians must teach Waytha and Najib a lesson. Do not rest your hope on Hindraf and Waytha anymore. Just vote out the highly arrogant, corrupted, abusive, repressive and oppressive UMNO controlled BN.
